Processing the frustration

I show a half dome rock look likes shall

Laying in the middle of county side road

When I came close, it slightly moved

Then started moving towards sidewalk

Suddenly a gentleman stopped his car

He came out of the car and picked it

And he deposited it near by footpath

It started moving towards driveway

I was observing it was moving calmly

Once a while its head moved to peak

It remembered mystical wisdom stories

About a tortoise, how it mange frustration

When I was touching its shall with a stick

It was withdrawing its mouth and legs

So I recalled a tortoise story told by a wise

To teach us to manage our own frustration

And explained the massage of a fable

Sit straight without back support

Lay both hands in your own lap

Keep neck straight and don’t move

Close eyes and don’t open mouth

Stay still let it flow your own thought

Like dead wood log float away in a river

No need to focus on any thing or thought

Practice twenty minutes a day for thirty days

Learner will achieve calmness of own mind
