Time to Wakeup

 

My cousins came to visit, so I played with them and

Then I couldn’t finish my reading assignment.

Now I am awake. My dog is reminding me to

finish my homework and brush my teeth.

Now if I would get out off bed I would have time to read.

But it is a cold morning and my wish I say in warm bed.

My mother is yelling again, “Why don’t you getup”, and  she added

"you’ll be late for the school, there will be no time pray."

I yell back," Let me finish my reading assignment.

Daddy is taking shower, when he is done I will take a bath."

But she says there is no time to take a bath, I should just clean-up

I finished my reading assignment and cleaned-up my room.

I walked to the warm bathroom, brushed my teeth and hair.
 

My mother had already finished her prayer so I clapped three times

In the front of the idol of the goddess of the knowledge(Sarasvati),
She gave me five Almond and Grapes as Prasada (Symbol of gift of the god)

The bus was slowly moving, but the driver saw me running and she stopped the bus.

When I entered in bus others yelled “You’re late.”

I bowed my head to driver and took a seat.

When my turn came to read aloud an assignment

I opened a blank page in my book and recited the prayer of the Saraswati.
