Hunger is a disease

It eats away muscles   

The body becomes a scarecrow 

Memory loss is a disease

It robs awareness

The body becomes numb

Loss of temperature is a disease

It freezes consciousness

The body becomes dead wood

Now sensation is gone
Now the intellect is gone

Now the spirit is gone
