Things attract by sight
Sight create desire
If desire verified by sound

That is the craving

Attachment creates Craving
Craving generates selfishness
Which reduces selflessness
That is a seed of an ego
It’s good to weed an ego
Weeding can be done by
Stabling physical body
That assists to silence the mind
Slience assist to have peace
Peace creates joy of life
