Alive

Adjective:   having life or vigor or spirit

Still I’m alive

because

I don’t want to die

in this old ghost town

on the filthy street

and where old custom

still prevails

it doesn’t new or old

even new born

for adoption to serve

to profit by forfeit the right

on the site for sight

There I serve and live

never doubt or shout 

just to serve without gain

to nurture the young brain
