Nose

Noun:   the organ of smell
             and entrance to the respiratory tract;
             the prominent part of the face of man or other mammals
Verb:   catch the scent of; get wind of
Noun:   a projecting spout from which a fluid is discharged

Nose asked!
When I’m in the city the filthy smog

When go away form the city
in the fresh air the near clean river
I smell fish and flower

even I’m blind and deaf

But, why I can’t smell without moisture,
and why I don't have to discharge liquid?
