We’re village birds

We are in your forest

due to your famous song

Then we sing and dance.

On a deadly hot summer afternoon

We open up our wings

to receive any cool air

Then we sing and dance.

In the middle of a muddy lake
We fly around the lotus flowers 

Whole day with our family and friends

Then we return village to rest in the nest

Sometime we have delighted dreams in hut

Once in a while we have scary nightmares

But we’re happy and content village birds

In the clean and neat village for ages
