The Earth is turning
The sun is providing heat
Air is available to breathe
Why are you waiting for nothing?
Oh traveler! Never accept defeat
Hurdles will always be in your way
Including pain and distracting pleasure
As long as you are breathing
A shadow of a suffering can’t stop you
Don’t fuss around a success or failure
There's no excuse to sit due to a bad past
There is no evidence for fear of the future
Don't waste time with present attachments
As long as there is breath, you are able
Strong emotions come and go
Duality of thoughts cannot hurt
You are an artist of Self-Courage
You have aged.
