At last I reached my home
My heart is pumping fast
My blood is circulating faster
My breathing is the fastest
My mind is restless
Let me think, what can I do?
I turn off the television
And switch off all the phones
I close all the street windows
And turn on the air conditioner
I sit straight on the chair
And close my big eyes
Let me hear what I can hear?
I hear the passing traffic
The noise is slowing down
I’m hearing air movement
My breathing is slowing down
I feel my own warm breathe
My flowing thoughts are reducing
and calmness is prevailing
Let me see what happens next
I heard the ruffle of the dress
and felt a breath on my face
It equaled a motherly feeling
I did miss that lovely caring act
But I didn't open my eyes or move
That is the real fact of my life
