Each day is a challenge of life
However, I have choices in a challenged life
I consider the problematic event
which includes my emotional likes and dislikes
Then I request my inner voice
To answer, "What is my capacity with each
choice?"
Now my intellectual thoughts get involved
and they suggest that I check my memory
if any previous event is the cause
of the present circumstance
When I plowed into memory I was reminded to
first not be emotional or logical but just to be
aware
If the past affected your present
because you may not have been aware
of the movements in the past
Now analyze and synthesize these situations
in reference to your present circumstance
Agree with the information you learn
and accept it as it was
with balanced patience and persistence
Don't judge by likes or dislikes
Otherwise you will get confused
Now imagine what you can do
in the present without fear of the future
or expecting to get advantages
Adapt to the new experiment
with decisive action
If result is not beneficial still
endure the process hardship
Don’t give-up.
If you’re physically tired rest
to stabilize your body
Close your eyes)
Be aware of your thoughts
then let them flow.
This process allow you
To know your capacity
of mental power
and self-confidence credibility
