Noun:   training to improve strength or self-control,

              or the trait of being well behaved

I was thinking,

What I didn’t say

It was mine,

and it stayed secrete

in my safe by discipline 

Too often it was my ego,

Even in the trap of a jealousy

Still it stayed secret 

Whatever was

It was guarded

in the risky moments

finally you found out

whatever left secret

from me in circumstance. 

Whatever I saved is gone

What is this, I was cheated

by you, life or me

What was untold is saved

will spoiled and lost forever

That time was wasteful

After money you were ruthless

You’re touching their hearts

So you’re joyful.

String in the beads

Beads on the string

Big knot in the rosary

Indicates add in the count

for the account how many times

did you chanted suggested mantra

to assist to focus on a thing.

Because you closed eyes

to meditate.

The mediation is a medicine

forthe human mind.

media is body

When painter stops

painting is still exist

Because painting is not

apart of a painter

in other words  painting

media is not a body
